1. All appeals filed by the Defendants and the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) are dismissed.
2. The complaint is filed by this court.
A principal lawsuit and a preliminary counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Basic facts (i) The Plaintiff, including the Plaintiff’s status, is a clan consisting of adult men and women among the descendants, for the purpose of protecting the graves of the joint ancestor group, promoting the salving of religious services and promoting friendship among descendants.
On March 17, 1937, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each real estate of this case”).
The J, a clan member of the plaintiff's clan of this case, prepared the plaintiff's clan rules, clan register, the executive general and special general meeting resolution, etc., and completed the registration of ownership transfer as follows with respect to each real estate listed in the attached list:
(1) On October 11, 2011, Article 97970(2) of the Real Estate E Co., Ltd. (Co., Ltd. in the first instance trial) (No. 157314(4) of the Real Estate E Co., Ltd. (Co., Ltd. in the first instance trial) on December 21, 2010, real estate No. 15739(3) of the Attached List No. 1, 2, and 3 (No. 7426 of Jun. 24, 2009) and the registration of ownership transfer for this case’s Real Estate H (Co., Defendant in the first instance trial) on June 24, 2009
Defendant C completed on May 10, 2013 the registration of the establishment of the neighboring establishment of the superficies No. 62090 (No. 61791) and the registration of the establishment of the neighboring superficies No. 62090 (No. 62090), and completed on November 22, 2013 the registration of the establishment of the neighboring establishment to D.
② Real estate in attached list 3: E completed the registration of ownership transfer to F on April 27, 2011 (joint defendants in the first instance court).
F has completed the registration of transfer of ownership to Defendant G on December 28, 2012, Cheongju District Court No. 170058.
Defendant G is the Cheongju District Court on December 2012.
