【The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on December 20, 2016 to imprisonment with prison labor for night buildings, larceny, etc. in the main branch of the Chuncheon District Court on December 20, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 28, 2016, and is currently under the suspended sentence. On December 27, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for computers and other use in the Seoul Western District Court on April 21, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Seoul Southern District Court on April 21, 2017.

1. A theft Defendant: (a) around June 26, 2017, at “D” located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul) around 17:50 on June 26, 2017; and (b) took a wall with a cash of KRW 170,000 that the victim E left on the bareboat exchange box, and stolen it.

The Defendant, including that, from around that time to September 18, 2017, stolen the sum of KRW 1,405,000, including cash, wall cards, and physical cards, in the same way, from the fluor of Seoul Si to nine times, such as the daily list of crimes (thief) in attached Form.

2. On July 31, 2017, the Defendant, at around 20:00, found 150,000 won in cash lost by the Victim F, resident registration certificates, driver’s license, and national bank check-how, around 350,00 won in the market price, including the following: < Amended by Act No. 15068, Jul. 31, 2017; Act No. 15058, Feb. 1, 2017; Act No. 15068, Feb. 23, 2015>

Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the Defendant embezzled the property that was separated from the possession of the above victim.

The Defendant, including that, from around that time to September 6, 2017, embezzled the property, such as the daily list of crimes (Embezzlement of possession separated objects), in the same way as the cash, wallet, physical card, etc., in the same way over three times from the place in Seoul, and embezzled the property, the sum of which exceeds KRW 500,000.

3. On July 16, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business run by the victim who was unable to know the name located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G around July 16, 2017.
