A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the employer who runs a construction business as the representative of the C Stock Company located in Pyeongtaek-si B, and the employer shall pay wages, compensations, and other money and other valuables and retirement allowances within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred, if the worker retires from office.

1. The Defendant violated the Labor Standards Act, while working in the said workplace from April 28, 2013 to November 30, 2016, the Defendant did not pay the total of KRW 9,613,180 to four workers, as shown in the attached Table 1 of the List of Crimes, as well as KRW 25,838,736 to four workers, as in the attached Table 1.
2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Retirement Benefits for Workers in the above workplace from April 28, 2013 to November 30, 2016, and did not pay the retirement allowances of 4,483,700 won to retired workers D, as well as the total amount of 36,595,212 won to 5 workers, as shown in the attached crime list 2, as in the attached crime list 2.

1. The Defendant in violation of the Labor Standards Act was serving in the said workplace from April 14, 2008 to September 30, 2016 and did not pay the total of KRW 10,971,374 for the total four workers, including KRW 3,463,454 of the retired workers E, within 14 days from the date of retirement, without agreement between the parties to the extension of payment date, as shown in the attached crime list.
2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Retirement Benefits for Workers in the above workplace from April 14, 2008 to September 30, 2016, as well as KRW 31,465,39 of retirement allowances for retired workers E, as stated in the list of crimes in the attached crimes, 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties to the extension of payment period.
