The evidence 1 of the District Prosecutors' Office 2014 and 882 that has been seized shall be confiscated.

On September 27, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution on August 5, 2013 by the Ulsan District Court for the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties by fraudulent means, etc. and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on October 5, 2013.

1. At around 00:10 on June 20, 2014, the Defendant obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) reported a traffic accident to 112 in front of the Dju shop located in Yangsan-si; (b) reported it on the road in front of the Dju shop located in Yangsan-si; and (c) sent to the site by the Defendant after having received the Defendant’s report telephone; and (d) the guard F of the Yangsan Police Station Estation belonging to the Busan Police Station Estation, who was called to the site while hearing the circumstances of the accident from the Defendant, and on the process of dealing with the traffic accident report, there was a person boarding the guard for the illegal sidewalk on the vehicle; and (c) as the F requested to report the part to be different; (d) the police was called as “this schep, internal, and internal.” As F, the Defendant’s face was tightly sealed with the Defendant’s face to the Defendant’s face, and the police officer was faced with the Defendant’s face at the 1st hand when he reported it.

2. At around 00:50 on June 24, 2014, the Defendant reported 112 to the effect that “I” singing practice room located in Yangsan-si would employ and operate a singular, which was reported by the Defendant, and that the police officer, upon receiving the Defendant’s report, prevented the operators and employees of the singing practice room and controlled the police officers from preparing a written statement as a witness status, and, upon receiving a request from the police officers to prepare a written statement in the E zone located in Yangsan-si on the same day, became aware of the fact that the Defendant was the reporter of the said singing practice room business.

Accordingly, the defendant is located in Yangsan-si around 03:20 on the same day.
