Seized evidence Nos. 1 and 2 shall be confiscated from the accused.

1. On April 19, 2000, the Defendant, together with B, possessed a forged resident registration certificate of the name in French name in French on April 14, 2004 with a photograph of the Defendant’s identification.

On May 27, 2004, by sending a copy of the resident registration certificate to C, and requesting the forgery of the resident registration certificate, it forged one copy of the resident registration certificate for C in the name of the head of Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City head of Eunpyeong-gu, and one copy of the resident registration certificate for C in the name of the head of Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City head of Eunpyeong-gu, the public document column, as stated in the “head of Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City head of Eunpyeong-gu,” in the main column, “D”, “one floor of building E,” in the issuance date column,” and the publisher column.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged one resident registration certificate which is an official document in collusion with the above B, etc. for the purpose of uttering.

2. On June 1, 2004, the Defendant had a health examination conducted at the Seocho Public Health Center located at Seocho Public Health Center at Seocho Public Health Center at Seocho Public Health Center at Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, 1376-3 on June 1, 2004, and exercised the forged public document C’s resident registration certificate as if it was actually issued as if it were actually issued.
