1. The Defendant’s KRW 73,053,494 and KRW 72,053,61 among the Plaintiff’s KRW 72,053,61 per annum from May 1, 2014 to August 31, 2015.
1. According to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 (including each number), it is recognized that the facts are the same as the stated reasons for the claim. As such, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 73,053,494 won in the balance of principal and interest as of April 30, 2014 and the principal amount of KRW 72,053,611 among them, 12% per annum from May 1, 2014 to August 31, 2015, the date following the subrogation, 8% per annum from the next day to March 3, 2016, and damages for delay at the interest rate of 15% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.
2. Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s claim is accepted in entirety.
