The reasons for the court's explanation in this judgment are as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, except for the following: "In full view of the fact that it is difficult for the plaintiff to believe, considering all the evidence submitted by the plaintiff up to the trial and the circumstances surrounding the argument," it is the same as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, and thus, it shall be quoted in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. Conclusion, the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
