1. The defendant shall pay 40 million won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from May 19, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment deemed confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the defendant only submitted a formal objection to the original copy of the payment order in this case, and did not submit a specific answer and did not appear on the date of pleading. Thus, it is deemed that the plaintiff's assertion was led pursuant to Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
