A. The Plaintiffs are co-owners of part of the 1, 2, and 4, 5, and 6 stories of AP building of 1, 300 square meters of AP building (hereinafter “instant building”). The Defendants are co-owners of the remaining excluding the portion owned by the Plaintiffs among the 1st, 3, 9, 10, 4, 5, and 6 stories of the instant building. Defendant K and AJ own 1/2 shares of 300 square meters of AP building of 305 square meters of 30,300 square meters of AP building of 305 square meters of 30,400,300, 302, 301, 902, 901, 90, 2751, 406, 404 square meters of the instant building of 1,500 square meters of 1,500 square meters of AP building of 35,000 square meters of 4,714.

B. The structure and use of the instant building consisting of 10 floors underground and 10 floors above ground, and the respective uses and size on the aggregate building ledger, and the main uses of each floor are as listed below.
