However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. At around 22:40 on January 28, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) stated, without any justifiable reason, that, at the main point of “D” located on the second floor of Macheon-si C building, a drinking bottled on the floor of 7-8 customers without any justifiable reason; and (b) stated that the Defendant was able to take approximately 20 minutes of drinking for approximately 20 minutes, and thereby interfered with the main place business of the victim E (n, 53 years of age) who is the owner of the said main shop by force.

2. On January 28, 2015, the Defendant violated the Emergency Medical Service Act: (a) at the “G Hospital” emergency room located in Macheon-si, Macheon-si; (b) the victim H (the age of 46) who is a doctor working in the said emergency room, was able to treat the Defendant, who was sent to the said emergency room, by putting the said emergency room on the bed for the patient; and (c) without any justifiable reason, she expressed the victim’s clothes and the back part of the body 2 to 3 times with a knife and knife, knife the knife, knife the knife for about 20 minutes, thereby obstructing the victim’s emergency medical services.

At around 23:40 on January 28, 2015, the Defendant insultd the victim publicly insulting the victim K by referring to “a knife knife knife knife knife knife knife, knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife,” among the patient I and three nurses, etc. who had been treated.

4. On January 28, 2015, the Defendant obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) around 23:40, at the emergency room specified in paragraph (3) of the same Article, the Defendant obstructed police officers’ legitimate performance of duties by putting the parts of the Defendant’s arms and legs on the left hand of the said K, putting the Defendant’s arms and legs in order to prevent the Defendant from putting the Defendant who frighting to drinking by drinking in the beds for patients; and (b) thereby obstructing police officers’ legitimate performance of duties, such as ensuring the public safety and maintenance of order.
