1. On March 22, 2014, at around 13:10, the Defendant attempted to steal the money of the congratulatory reception unit by pretending marriage-type customers from the 7th floor of the Dawa Holdings in Ischeon-si, Leecheon-si, and by using the gap in which the management of the Habu E, the victim, the victim, was neglected, the Defendant attempted to capture the money of the stable by opening a string of the said reception unit. 3. On December 16, 2013, the Defendant want to board a bus at a temporary bus stop located in Masan-dong around 12:10 on December 16, 2013.
