1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;
(b) KRW 12,00,000 and this shall be applicable thereto.

On June 22, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) leased real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant as a deposit of KRW 10 million; (b) monthly rent of KRW 1.2 million; and (c) lease period from June 26, 2014 to June 26, 2015; (b) the Defendant received the said real estate from June 26, 2014 to February 25, 2015; and (c) delayed payment of the rent from February 26, 2015 to February 26, 2015; and (d) the Plaintiff terminated the said lease contract on the ground thereof; (c) the Defendant is obligated to deliver the said real estate to the Plaintiff; and (d) to pay the Plaintiff the total rent of KRW 1,200,000 for the ten-month period from February 26, 2015 to December 25, 2015 to December 26, 2016.
