1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 24,983,191 as well as 5% per annum from September 7, 2016 to September 19, 2016.

Reasons

1. During the period from March 31, 2015 to December 31, 2015, the Plaintiff, who indicated the claim, supplied goods to Defendant A, an entrepreneur of the “C” business, but did not receive the price of goods KRW 24,983,191. As the Defendant B agreed to the Plaintiff to pay the said goods price to the Plaintiff, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the Plaintiff the said goods price of KRW 24,983,191 and damages for delay.
