A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. No person shall arrange for money exchange or exchange or repurchase intangible results obtained through the use of game products by any person;
Nevertheless, around August 11, 2020, the Defendant paid KRW 10,000 in cash per 10,000 points to police officers, who installed five computer units in the "C" game site located in Ildong-gu B, Youngdong-gu, Yongsan-gu, Ilyang-si, and visited customers, by converting them into KRW 10,000.
2. No person who provides game products in violation of the rating classification shall provide such game products for the distribution or use of the contents different from the rating obtained, or display or keep such products for such purposes;
Nevertheless, around August 11, 2020, the Defendant installed five computers in the above “C” game room and allowed unspecified customers to use the game work. In fact, even if the Defendant was rated by indirect charging method to acquire game money through the purchase of a carba, the Defendant provided a modified game work by means of receiving cash differently from the rated contents and allowing customers to use the game money.
Summary of Evidence
1. Application of statutes on the list of seizure, such as photographs (workplace, business registration certificate, computer, game screen, etc.) of detection of defendant's legal statement at the scene of his/her statement, records of seizure of game operating room) as a result of appraisal, and records of seizure;

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act to increase concurrent crimes;
1. Suspension of execution under Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act;
