1. The Defendant amounting to KRW 37 million to the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s annual rate from March 27, 2013 to July 25, 2019.

Reasons

1. Grounds for a claim: The plaintiff lent KRW 37 million to C upon the defendant's request, and concerning this, the defendant and C have prepared a loan certificate to the plaintiff by March 26, 2013, stating that the plaintiff will pay KRW 37 million to the plaintiff by March 26, 2013. Accordingly, the plaintiff's claim against the defendant for its implementation by publication on March 2, 200: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
