On November 26, 2013, at the defendant's house located in Gwangju Mine-gu, 102 Dong 112, Dong 102, Dong 102, Dong 112 around November 26, 2013, the defendant listened to the phrase that the radio was put in a large amount under the influence of alcohol and that the defendant would not drink and drink alcohol.

On November 26, 2013, at around 19:18, the Defendant purchased about 3.3 litres from the “F station” located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, and divided them into 1.5 litres from 3 litress, and concealed them into the outer beer group of the Defendant’s house, and the family lockeds with their arms located in apartment complex.

At around 23:20, the Defendant: (a) away from the street near the 102 adjacent to the above C Building at around 102, the Defendant: (b) dusted the gasoline prepared as above on the A-to-pur-car (I), which was owned by the victim H (the Defendant’s large children); and (c) destroyed the automobile in a way that the sum of repair costs would amount to KRW 4,037,755.
