A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
2,400,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.
Punishment of the crime

On the same day, around 14:04, the Defendant deposited KRW 500,000,000 from the H bank platform branch located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, using the H bank account (Account Number:J) in the name of the said seller, and then purchased the penphone at around 14:30 on the same day, at around 14:30 on the same day, at the H bank platform branch located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
C. On July 9, 2019, the Defendant, around July 9, 2019, decided to contact the said seller with the said seller and purchase the phiphones.
