【2019 order 1010】

1. On October 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered the phone contact number of the massage service establishment in Seoul Metropolitan City through the Internet prostitution service bulletin board of the Internet prostitution service site, which advertises entertainment establishments; and (b) thought that he/she would deliver money and valuables by attacking the persons related to the massage service establishment by telephone.

On July 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received money and valuables from the victim D (the 48-year-old) related to the Macama treatment place in Seongdong-gu Seoul, by phone to “C” (the 112-year-old report on illegal business; (b) so as to prevent the business from doing so; (c) to close the door; (d) if refusing to report, 112-reports; (d) and (e) received money and valuables from the victim frighting to the E account in the name of the Defendant around 05:05 on the same day from October 11, 2017 to March 3, 2019; and (e) received money and valuables KRW 1,214,00 won in total from 26 business places to 577 times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

Accordingly, the defendant received property by threatening the victims.

【2019 order 1204】 The Defendant, on October 2017, found out the telephone contact number of the Internet sexual traffic service site, which advertised entertainment establishments, through the bulletin board of the advertisement board of the massage service site in Seoul Metropolitan City, for the purpose of raising money and valuables to the persons related to the massage service center by telephone.

2. At around 23:10 on August 12, 2018, the Defendant sent a text message to the Defendant located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the victim I (the age of 31) related to the “H” business establishment located in the area of the Defendant’s residence, and then sent it to the victim I (the age of 31) by using the mobile phone, with the cell phone in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and agreed to 200,000 won per year without being able to get back more than 1 year, with the view that the game is good, and the Defendant would have come to know that she would have come to dice and come to 11:5 million won.”
