(2) On March 24, 2017, the defendant was served with the original copy of the payment order and submitted a simple written objection that does not dispute the plaintiff's dismissal or claim cause and did not appear on the date for pleading without submitting any subsequent written reply, and therefore, the plaintiff's assertion is deemed to have been led to a confession in accordance with Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
