1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 72,122,707 and KRW 70,000 among them, per annum from February 20, 2020 to March 18, 2020.

B. The Defendant received the instant payment order and raised an objection, but the written objection only stated that the objection should be lodged against the payment order, but it does not clearly state the purport of the Plaintiff’s assertion as the cause of the claim.
In addition, the defendant did not appear on the date of pleading even after being notified of the date not by service by public notice, and did not submit a written reply or a preparatory document stating that the plaintiff's assertion is clearly disputed.
Therefore, it is deemed that the plaintiff made a confession.
