Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To describe the cause of claims and the changed cause of claims in attached Form; and
2. Grounds: Confession judgment (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the Defendants served a duplicate of the complaint, purport of the claim, and cause of the claim in this case, and did not clearly dispute the Plaintiff’s assertion. Since the Plaintiff did not appear on the date of pleading thereafter, it is deemed that all the Plaintiff’s assertion was led to confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.)
