The defendant is a person who drives B's low-income cars.
On July 23:25, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at approximately 1 km from the front side of the Gwangju Bank located in the Yongsan-dong, Gwangju, to the front side of the Yeongdeungpo-gu, Gwangju, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.060% of blood alcohol level.
