A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle in CELart.
On April 29, 2013, the Defendant driven the above car on April 10, 2013, and proceeded one way in front of the Dogsan-dong, Daegu Suwon-gu, Seosan-gu, and the Dogsan-si, Dogsan-si, Dogsan-si, Dogsan-si, Dogsan-si, and Dogsan-si, Dogsan-si, Dogsan-si.
At that time, there are no signal apparatus installed, and there was a person crossing the road, so that a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to check the safety of the course by checking the front and rear left well and to accurately manipulate the steering gear and brake system, thereby preventing the accident from occurring.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and failed to find out the victim D (ma, 19 years old) who walked to the right from the left side of the defendant's moving toward the right side and operated to the victim excessively, and the victim saw the body in order to avoid a conflict with the defendant's car and let the victim go beyond the ground floor.
Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim due to the above occupational negligence during approximately seven weeks of medical treatment.
2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Free Driver's License) driving of the Defendant at a section of about 1 km from the apartment complex of Dosan-dong, Daegu Suwon-dong, Dosan-dong, Dosan-si without obtaining a temporary driver's license as referred to in the above paragraph (1) to the same Dosan-dong, Dosan-dong to the same Dosan-dong.
3. On May 6, 2013, the Defendant received a demand for presentation of a driver’s license from an slope belonging to the same police station, upon undergoing an investigation into a traffic investigation office of the Daegu Suwon Police Station located in the Daegu Suwon-dong, Daegu-gu, as well as from a slope belonging to the same police station on a traffic accident described in paragraph (1).
The Defendant is the Daegu Regional Police Agency, an official document in possession of the Defendant.
