Punishment of the crime
At around 23:00 on October 17, 2012, the Defendant driven a C-car from the vicinity of the KT distance in the new city located in the Dong-si Government-si to the back of the Seoul Arts Center 323, Dong-si 323, Dong-si, Dong-si, Gu Government-si, while under the influence of alcohol with 0.217% of alcohol content.
