1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 80,000,000 with the rate of 20% per annum from March 8, 2014 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff, around July 2008, paid 80 million won to the defendant and entered into a contract for the installation and management of a credit card terminal. However, since the defendant's failure to perform his/her duty against the plaintiff, the plaintiff cancelled the above contract, the defendant is obligated to return the above money.
