1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 76,304,531 as well as KRW 75,749,141 as to the Plaintiff’s KRW 75,749,141 as from December 5, 2018 to March 5, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) The Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages from the purport of the claim was partially corrected as indicated in the Disposition, pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of first pleading).
