1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,587,172, and KRW 29,95,470 among them, from May 8, 2015.
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015) concerning statutory interest rates of Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Part of Dismissal, the portion claiming damages for delay exceeding the rate of 15% per annum from October 28, 2015, following the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint in this case, shall be dismissed.
However, the costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant in accordance with Article 98 and the proviso to Article 101 of the Civil Procedure Act.
