Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

The defendant is a male-gu of the victim B (son, 70 years of age).

1. At around 19:40 on December 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stolen a resident registration certificate and a credit card card of our bank from the victim’s cell phone case located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, with one resident registration certificate and one copy from the victim’s cell phone case.

2. On December 24, 2019, at around 19:54 to 20:00, the Defendant inserted the credit card number of our bank, which was stolen as above, in the first floor of the above hospital, and then withdrawn KRW 6,000,000 on six occasions from the victim’s passbook by inserting the card password, which was known in advance, and then withdrawing KRW 1,00,000 on six occasions from the victim’s passbook.
