The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance that found the charged facts of this case guilty on the grounds that there is no proof of crime and found the defendant not guilty, and there is no error of law by misapprehending the legal principles as to probative value of evidence, preparation of false official document, and crime of gambling in false official document, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
