1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the business of operating C MTII Skis.

On August 29, 2013, the Defendant driven the above cargo without a driver's license on August 11, 201:50, and proceeded at a speed of about 40 km per hour, depending on the two-lanes of speed, in the front of the “brehion air,” which is located in the Acheon-si, Gyeonggi-gu, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Seoul, the two-lanes of speed.
