1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B Co., Ltd.: (a) KRW 2,00,000,000 and its therefrom from February 7, 2019 to September 19, 2019.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Part of Dismissals (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019), the part concerning a claim for delay seeking payment exceeding 12% per annum from September 20, 2019 to the Defendants of the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants is rejected, but the proviso to Article 98 and the proviso to Article 101 of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply to the bearing of litigation costs.
