1. The Defendant’s KRW 60,000,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from May 1, 2019 to June 3, 2019.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is partially amended to set the “interest rate prescribed by Presidential Decree” at 12/100 per annum on May 21, 2019, and came into force on June 1, 2019. As such, the portion of the claim for delay damages from June 4, 2019 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint in this case, shall be cited only in the portion calculated at the rate of 12/12 per annum, and the remainder shall be dismissed.
