1. The defendant shall register the plaintiff with regard to the 8,430 square meters of the forest land in Gangseo-si, Gangwon-do and the registration of the Gangseo-gu District Court branch court, and the plaintiff on 1977.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The registration of creation of superficies has been completed on April 19, 197 on April 19, 197 with respect to the forest land of 8,430 square meters in Gangseo-si, Gangwon-do, the Plaintiff owned on April 7, 197. Since the duration of the superficies has expired on April 7, 2007, the above registration of creation of superficies shall be revoked.
