A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
around 23:00 on April 9, 2019, the Defendant called “D” restaurant operated by the victim C in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant called “D” to the victim that the victim changed from the net state.
However, the defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay food to the victim.
The Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim, received from the victim one of the Jin-Sing-Sing-Sing-Sing-Sing-Sing-Sing-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S
around 11:10 on April 13, 2019, the Defendant stated that “G” restaurant operated by the victim F in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul, “G”, and that “an employee H changed the country, liquor, and drinking water.”
However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the food cost to the above victim or the above employee.
The Defendant, as above, by deceiving an employee, received from the said employee property equivalent to 15,500 won in total of the market price, such as one net loan in the amount of KRW 6,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 4,00,200, and one drinking water equivalent to the market price of KRW 1,500.
around 18:50 on April 24, 2019, the Defendant stated that “K” restaurant operated by the victim J of the victim located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, “one per person, per week, per week, and per annum.”
However, the defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the food cost to the above victim.
The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received from the victim property equivalent to 12,000 won in total of the market price of 12,000 won in the market price, such as one of the Kimchik's market price equivalent to 7,00 won in the market price, and 4,000 won in the market price.
around 10:55 on May 19, 2019, the Defendant “N” restaurant operated by the victim M in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L, the Defendant 2019 Godan1982, and the Defendant 1 diseaseed by the Defendant.
