A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

2. Around 22:50 on June 12, 2020, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 0.109%, and the Defendant driven a B-low vehicle at a section of about 5 km from the front of a cafeteria located in the Gung-gu Gung-gu Gung-gu Gung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu to the lower 25.8 km of the middle-speed highway located in the Gung-gu, Cheongju-si.
