Punishment of the crime
On May 8, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.078% with blood alcohol concentration of 0.078% on May 8, 2013, the Defendant driven a B B B-S car from the roads of Seongdong-gu Seoul Seongdongdong to approximately 200 meters from the roads of Sungdong-dong 685, Seongdong-gu, Seoul to the roads of approximately 200 meters.
