1. The Defendant’s notary public against the Plaintiff is based on the authentic copy of the notarial deed No. 133, 2018.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: Since a notary public has expired by means of a repayment (130,000,000 won) and a deposit (130,020,000 won) as a loan of the authentic copy of a notarial deed with the executory power of No. 133, 2018, a notary public is entitled to refuse compulsory execution based on the executory exemplification of the above notarial deed;
