However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On March 9, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch Support Act, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 9, 2012.

On September 14, 2010, the Defendant concluded a lease agreement on the condition that the Plaintiff would not offer a vehicle to another person as security without the victim’s prior consent, and received the said vehicle from the Plaintiff on the condition that it would be 79,50,000 won, monthly rent of KRW 1,950,000, monthly rent of KRW 1,950,000, and the lease period of KRW 36 months.

On May 2012, the Defendant embezzled F’s use of 20 million won from G, a corporate bond broker, to provide the said car as security in an amount equivalent to KRW 79,50,000 at the market price.
