Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants
A. While the Defendants were communicating from around April 6, 2020 to the victim D's house located in the Sung-gun of Seongbuk-gun of Seongbuk-gun from around April 6, 2020 as a debt issue, the Defendants received several demands from the victim to “a change in the house” from the victim, but did not go from the victim's house until the police called out upon the victim's report at around 07:10 on April 7, 2020.
B. From Apr. 25, 2020 to Apr. 15, 2020, the Defendants received a demand from the victim to “a request to change from home” due to the agreement between the victim and the victim from Apr. 25, 2020, but did not leave the victim’s house until the police called out upon the victim’s report at Apr. 26, 2020.
C. From around 11:00 on April 27, 2020 to the same place, the Defendants were urged by the victim to “a request from the victim to move at home” due to the agreement of assault with the victim at the same place, but on April 28, 2020, the Defendants did not go from the victim’s house until the police called out upon the victim’s report at around 10:00.
2. While Defendant A’s sole criminal defendant had conversationsd from around 15:00 on May 28, 202 to the same place as B, victim D, and debt, Defendant A received several demands from the victim for “a change in home” on the same day, Defendant A did not go from the victim’s home until the police called out upon the victim’s report at around 23:55 on the same day.
