1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 66,00,000 and 24% per annum from September 30, 2010 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim;

A. On August 13, 2007, the Plaintiff lent KRW 150,000,000 to Defendant C with interest rate of KRW 24% per annum and due date of payment on August 31, 2008. Defendant B Co., Ltd provided joint and several sureties.

B. The Plaintiff applied for a voluntary auction and received a dividend of 180,000,000 ( principal of 84,000,000 interest rate of 96,00,000), but did not receive the remainder of principal amount of 66,00,000 won and interest rate of 66,000 won.

2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable Act;
