C (Appealed by the Changwon District Court on September 2, 2016 after being sentenced to imprisonment of one year and six months and currently pending in the appellate court) is the operator of the E gas station in Kimhae-si D, and F (a suspended sentence of two years in imprisonment of one year and one year, and the above judgment becomes final and conclusive on September 10, 201) is the complaint of the above gas station and the defendant are the owner of the G cargo station for business use.
