1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from October 5, 2019 to the date of complete payment.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
3. As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings that partially dismiss are amended on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from October 5, 2019 to the date of full payment shall be recognized, and the exceeding part shall be dismissed.
