1. The Defendants shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of 59,306 square meters of Gangwon-gun J-gun in accordance with the inheritance shares listed in the attached list.

Reasons

1. On the ground that the duration of the superficies on the claim expires, the Defendants, who inherited the right to the superficies specified in Section 1 of the Disposition from the Dong K, seek cancellation of the above superficies creation registration against the Defendants.
