1. The status, etc. of the defendant A, C, and D
A. On February 20, 1981, Defendant A established G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “H”) for the main purpose of manufacturing, selling, and leasing welfare equipment as an affiliate of the FF Group, which mainly aims at manufacturing, selling, and selling high-pressure gas established by around February 20, 200, as the chairperson of the FF Group, with an affiliate of the FF Group, around October 25, 2006, Defendant A worked as the representative director until February 22, 2010, and thereafter, Defendant A took overall charge of H’s business as the chairperson of the FF Group, and the representative director of G Co., Ltd. B. Defendant C served as the head of division from around October 25, 2006 to February 28, 2009, from around March 1, 2009 to January 31, 2014, from around February 1, 2014 to around August 31, 2015, and assisted Defendant A while carrying out the duties of manufacturing and selling H’s welfare aid. From around September 10, 2015, Defendant C served as the representative director of I and assisted Defendant A as a whole.

D From H to September 2008, from around March 1, 2009, the head of the team in charge of the development of welfare equipment, the vice head from around March 1, 2009, and the head of the division from around January 1, 2013, were in charge of applying for the development of welfare equipment and the determination of payment of welfare equipment to the National Health Insurance Corporation, and assisting the Defendant A.
