1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,000,000 and its related amount are 5% per annum from November 24, 2010 to February 15, 2016 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. On November 23, 2010, the due date for partial dismissal of the loan is due for the repayment of the loan, and the portion exceeding the above recognized scope is dismissed, as from November 24, 2010 to November 24, 2010.
