Criminal facts
1. The defendant, C, and D violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint violence), around 01:40 on August 5, 2013, at the entrance of the first floor of the F-Age Club in Ansan-si, Sinsan-si. D followed by the defendant and C. D leep the victim G, a person in charge of the dam, into the floor and tight G. 2. On August 5, 2013, from around 01:40 on the same day to around 03:00 on the same day, Defendant, C, and D were able to talk with G, H, and I, as above, at the places described in paragraph (1). C was unable to have a sound so as to prevent female customers from entering the said club from entering the club, and she was able to avoid disturbance, such as interfering with male customers coming from the second floor.
Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with C and D, thereby obstructing the victims' age clubs' business operations by force.
