1. The defendant shall pay 103,850,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from December 27, 2017 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
From September 15, 2003 to September 23, 2013, the fact that the Plaintiff lent a total of KRW 103,850,000 on 14 occasions, as shown in the attached Form, does not conflict between the parties.
Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above loan 103,850,000 won and the damages for delay calculated by the rate of 15% per annum from December 27, 2017 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the application for the payment order of this case. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
