1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 4, 2014 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On March 22, 2008, the Plaintiff borrowed 23 million won in total to the Defendant, including KRW 8.5 million and KRW 14.5 million on April 14, 2008. As to the above loans and the above loans, damages for delay from the day after the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
