On October 6, 2017, at around 02:15, the Defendant: (a) considered the victim C (54) to have escaped in the middle apartment in the way of the East apartment at the 136 water basin in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant: (b) considered that he was under the influence of alcohol, and (c) was a person who fleded with himself in the past; (d) taken two back the victim’s head on the part of the baby, which is a dangerous object in the way to the river, the head of the victim was cut off; (e) 8 centimeters in width, which is a dangerous object in the roadside; and (e) 8 centimeters in length, the victim was faced with the victim, and (e) took about about 3 centimeters in the treatment days, and damaged the victim, such as 4cm in water purification, and 4cm in water treatment days.

In light of the favorable circumstances, such as the fact that the defendant's mistake is recognized as substitute for the reasons for sentencing under Articles 53 and 55 (1) 3 of the Act on Reduction of Small Quantity, the victim is not in line with the barriers of the defendant. The crime of this case is highly dangerous that the defendant, by assaulting the victim with safety appearance and bricks, has inflicted bodily injury on his head, and the defendant does not reach an agreement between the defendant and the victim, the defendant's age, sex and behavior, environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime of this case, the circumstances before and after the crime of this case, and other various sentencing conditions specified in Article 51 of the Criminal Act are considered and sentenced to the same sentence as the order.
