As to the judgment on the defendant's assertion, the defendant alleged that the defendant did not have any intention to pay KRW 59,000,000 to the plaintiff until February 28, 2020, and that the plaintiff was not the defendant's truth, but that the plaintiff was not the defendant's truth. However, since there is no evidence to acknowledge that the defendant's assertion is true, the defendant's assertion is not acknowledged without examining the remaining points.
